It has an elected Board of Trustees who are the Directors of the Company.
The Trustees are current voting members of beat who are nominated and elected by the voting membership.
The Board represents beat’s membership and consists of 10 reserved places. There are also four places available for co-opted Trustees
Trustees hold office for a three year term initially and can stand for a further three year period. Elections to the Board take place at the Annual General Meeting in October each year.
The Board of Trustees are responsible for the overall direction, policies and management of beat.
