We want to provide the best quality services we possibly can for people affected by eating disorders. We are committed to providing services that are informative, friendly and efficient, and that exceed expectations.
We welcome all comments on the services we provide – good or bad, as it helps us to learn about what is needed and how we can improve.
All comments and complaints help us to evaluate our services. We report on these annually to our Board of Trustees. We will also publish evaluations of our services on this website.
How do I make a comment or give feedback on beat’s services?
If you want to compliment us, or make a comment on our service you can:

What happens next?
- We will pass any compliments about members of staff or volunteers on to them
- We will look carefully at all comments and suggestions to see how we can act upon them
- We will thank you for your view if you are happy for us to contact you.
What if I have a complaint to make?
If you are not happy with our services we need to know so that we can take action to put the problem right and try to prevent it from happening again. You will also need to know that we are taking your complaint seriously and will investigate it thoroughly.
You may want to make a formal complaint if you think that:
- We have done something we should not have done
- We have not done something you think we should have done
- We have done something in the wrong way or made a mistake

What happens next?
Once you have contacted us:
- Our Complaints Manager will contact you within 2 working days
- We will look carefully at all your comments, investigate them further and if appropriate we will act upon them
- We will contact you to let you know what we have done
