Many group exercises are provided. The guide would be useful for classroom and youth group activities. Exercises are mainly geared towards young females and may be more appropriate in an all-female environment. Some of the exercises could be adapted for work with boys & girls.

This leaflet contains clear and useful information about eating disorders. It would be suitable for use in a library, medical room, notice board or on an information table. It gives clear definitions of what eating disorders are and lists some of the signs that can give cause for concern. The section on what can be done to help is very informative and provides different options about treatment. The publication would be useful to teachers and friends worried about a student with an eating disorder.
