Get Involved!

We have launched a generous new membership scheme called My beat - a great way for you to help and get involved with our work.  Becoming a  member of My beat offers you the opportunity to join a network of support and information and access to the latest news and advances in research.  Members pay an annual fee towards our award winning services and receive a great benefit package in return.

As well as membership, there are lots of other ways to get involved, you could become a volunteer or fundraise on our behalf.  Please see the links below for more information. If however, you think that there is a way you can help us that is not covered in these pages please let us know by sending us an email.

Visit our donations page to see the different ways you can choose to give us a donation and help us continue to provide information and support to those affected by eating disorders.

You can also find out more about becoming involved in fundraising - you can also view all the exciting events which our current fundraisers are involved in - from canoe marathons to biking from the Cotswolds to Capetown I am sure that you will find something to inspire you! .

If you would like to spend your time helping other people then why not consider becoming a beat volunteer? There are lots of different volunteering opportunities and each one will help to raise beat's profile, raise funds, improve and develop services and most importantly will help to make a real difference in the lives of everyone who is affected by an eating disorder.

I hope you find all of the 'get involved' pages interesting - and beat would like to say a big thank you to everybody who has supported us and who continues to support us.

Thank you, without you, we could not do the vital work which we do.
