Recovery from Anorexia Nervosa

Can you help?

I'm conducting some research into the eating disorder anorexia nervosa by exploring and discussing some of the thoughts of previous sufferers.

I need to collect two groups of data:
1) the first being a control group of participants. These need to be females whom have NEVER SUFFERED from anorexia nervosa.

2) the second group will be made up of females whom have been clinically diagnosed with anorexia nervosa in the past, but are now maintaining a healthy weight.
**** N.B I am only researching the recovery of FEMALE sufferers ****

I'm hoping to test the recovered group first, so if you think you could participate in that group, then please get in touch.

You will have to complete an interview with me and fill out some questionnaires. I will also need to take height and weight measurements to calculate BMIs and the meeting will take approximately 30-40 minutes.

If you think you would be able to provide data for either the 'control group'
or the 'previous sufferers group' then please email
(beth.edwards@st-annes.ox.ac.uk) or ring me (077020413). Thanks!

Complete confidentiality will be maintained throughout the duration of the study

EVERYONE WHO PARTICIPATES HAS THE CHANCE OF WINNING £25!
