i realise u didnt write n e thing but d subject sounds exactly how i felt a few monthhs ago n every1 sed id get through it n i didnt believe them but now i realise...you do! u just have 2 seperate ur thourghts from those of d ED n den wen u hear ur ED either refuse 2 listen or argue! Its SO hard @ 1st but i promise it gets easier! Ive been recovering 4 bout 8 months now n my life is SO much beta dan b4 its almost unrecognisable! Im not sayin ur gonna lead a perfect life i still have my downs but its a lot less frequent dan b4 just believ in urself. I no u can be strong! Just keep going u WILL do it!
