Hey everyone. This is my first time posting on these boards as you can probably tell by my newbie-ness. I didn't know whether to post on the Young peoples board or this one lol. I'm Meg, I'm 15 and I have been in a unit for anorexia for almost two months now. Loads of other people there have told me how useful they find b-eat. This is the first time I've been home properly so I can get on the computer and on this site. I just like to know there's other people out there going through the same thing as me and maybe giving support. xxx

Oooh what kind of dancing? I don't have many hobbies to be honest. I like drawing and art but nothing serious, just sketches and doodles and what not. I'm thinking of taking up Yoga when I get off the unit. xx

Hi Meg

I'm Caitlin, I'm 16, I also love dance!  I've been suffering with Anorexia for 3 years on and off, but badly for the last year alongside major depressive disorder.  I was in an inpatient hospital, but moved to outpatient care in May.

I'm getting there!!!

Keep fighting, it's so worth it!!!

I'm always here to chat when you need it!

Love Caitlin

I really want to try Yoga!  I want to do loads of dance once I'm allowed, I'm working up to it!!!  Can't wait!  Even though...I know it's gonna be a long road.  Hospital didn't go so well on Friday..

I love this site for how open we can all be, and how we're not allowed to focus it on food and numbers either.  It makes us talk about the REAL issues...which you can't normally do I find.

Hope you're well...

Love Caitlin

Hey sorry I haven't posted in a while Hope everyones okay. It's really good that your looking forward to dancing again Caitlin, I have a friend who is exactly the same and can't wait til she can bust some moves again lol. Sorry hospital didn't go so well- do you want to chat about it? Yeah this place is great. Even on the unit I'm on there is a bit of bitchiness between the ED girls and you can't really be 100% open cause you don't know what affect it will have on each other. Thats how I feel sometimes anyway. I'm going to home every weekend now all through summer So 'I'll be on here then. I wish I had internet access all the time! ly xxxx
