out patient care

Hi Sarah, how r you? I kno what your sayin that there isnt really a specialist out-patient doctor. I take it u just see a general shrink (i cant spell their actually title so i just call them shrinks, its not suposed to be negativ).

To be fair tho it isnt really in demand. I know that we kind of need the specialist help but there arent enough of us for the government to fund them.

I think th other part of it is that we need to kind of take some of the responsability for ourselves.

hia Aiden thanks for the reply; i just feel as if the support im getting has nothing to do with my problem and it's really helping me to get better. I need some sort of help related to my issues but it doesn't sem to be out there. I can't see me ever getting better if i don't get any help. sorry for being negative it's just im sick of going to see people who aren't helping me. i hope your ok and your keeping strong. xxx sarah

I know exactly what you mean! I've got soo many people "there for me" but not one of them is actually helping! I don't even know how I want them to help i just feel that they expect me togain weight and thats it! I feel that they never say anything constructive all they do is just take away my control :-( I just wish that i didn't have to go to the stupid hospital twice a week, all it does is mess up my school work and makes me upset. I feel like I have got sooo much worse and that all my doctors are lying and want to ruin my life.  sorry for the rant and for being so negative.

Im hear for you whenever you need me, we'll get through this (eventually!) together!

nobody actually helps me they just talk about nothin. i hav so many appointments and they are a waste of time xxxx

hiya! i kinda unuderstand what ur sayin.. as i had been to a aplace were they wanted to see u every 6 months were as that was just not enough! =[

but they refeered me to a place were u are givin daily and acheivable goals.

At the start i was extremly nervous about goin and i thought they wouldnt ave a glue what i was talkin about however they reli understood me and i uunderstood them.. maybe if u asked them more ques. they could give u the ans. u wanted. but remmeber they can onli help u, u stil have the put in the effort (im not sayin u arnt or anyfi)

but i no how hard it is.
