Social Networking

Social networking is a great way of keeping contact with friends and family, keeping up to date with events that are happening, new music, concerts and gigs that are coming up, sharing photos of nights out and holidays etc

It can also be a way of showing support for a charity, a cause or political campaign that you believe in, sharing your experiences with others, making friends with like-minded people.

beat has  social networking pages on facebook, bebo and myspace, a twitter page and a video channel on youtube! You can add us as a friend or join our group or cause to show your support and the message that eating disorders can be beaten!
