Hi gggaaa,

I am recovering from Bulimia too. I'm sorry to hear that you are having a rough patch : ( It will get better though, even when you think things are just awful and you don't see how they could improve. You have to find a little bit of hope inside yourself to start the recovery process again : ) We all have set backs, I went 9 weeks without bingeing, I thought that I could finially beat this eating disorder and then I slipped.. It hurt and I spent a few weeks in a very dark place but I have now found the courage to start again. You can too : )

hey im also recovering from bulimia (: well said hopeful I've been in and out of recovery for the past few years. I'm doing really well at the moment but I am not going to lie there are days when i'm very close to slipping up but i know that if i do i have to have the strength to get back up again as otherwise all my hard work has been for nothing . Strength isnt about not making mistakes its about making them, recognising them and learning from them and essentially moving forward. The important thing to remember in a relapse is that you and only you have the power to get yourself out of it and back into recovery , there is not point sitting and waiting for some urika moment, it probably wont come. Keep at it xxxx
