hey sweetheart,

I was exactly like that last summer, but I tried to exercise without people noticing, which as you can imagine was not easy. at the time I didn't think that there was anything wrong with it, but soon realised its not a normal way to behave.

I know it may seem like your mum is being difficult, but she honestly is only trying to help hunni.

let me know how things are going,

take care sweetheart,

lexy -xxx-

Hi I used to exercise to much and now I can't do any at all as I got so ill and thin, now I am stuck in the house most days and when I do go out I can't go out for long.

I know it's really hard but your mum only wants the best,  I used to try and exercise in secret but I found in the end someone always finds out how much you have been doing and you can really damage your body and heart. I carried on even when I couldn't breathe or felt faint and now I have to suffer the consequences.

Are you trying to put weight on? You won't get fat if you stop exercising at all you will do your body good if you cut down. xxxxx
