Hi cat663, Have you tried writing them down? Maybe draw a table or just write down the situation you are in and how it makes you feel. Also you could write down when and what you are eating, how you feel and who you are with at the time to help you notice the times you are not eating properly. Your family surely want you to get better though? They can support you without being directly involved in your therapy if you went to individual sessions for CBT or something? Could you speak to your doctor about it? They can make appropriate referrals for you if you felt you wanted professional help? Anything you tell your doctor/therapist would be confidential so you wouldn't have to worry about your family finding out if you didn't want them to. Although it may help to talk to someone about it so they can support what you're going through. Or maybe talk to a close friend? Take care, Claire
