Hey everyone, I often find that I see the negative side to everything I do and I'm working to just be able to see the good in achievements, which is difficult but it certainly has been helping my mood. Does anyone else do this?

Like in my head right now I'm thinking that I'm proud of myself for having a new and challnging snack this afternoon and a challenging dinner that I let my dad make me but, I should have had more of it. It's the silly should monster, heck I am proud of myself, even to let my dad cook for me is an achievement in itself.

What have you achieved today?

Em x

Hey I like this post :) it made me feel happy. Today I think I've made an achievement too- I managed to suceed in my meal plan today! Which is not normally done so I think it's ok for me to feel proud. Well done in your achievement and thank you again for posting this nice post. Frosty xx
