heya.

i am recoeverd and i remember the days where i felt so low and depressed just like you feel now. it really was a horrible time in  my life. i was soo down all of the time. i hated life. it made me realize why should i have to hate life? why cant i live it and be happy. why do i have to be stcuk with this eating disorder thats making my lfie living hell. i wanted to get rid of the illness. i began to fight back because i realized how short life was to be miserable and down in the dumps. i wanted to start going out and enjoying life again :)

you can too! you have just gotta think how much you want to enjoy life again! you have to find the determination, and faith inside of yourself to make you fight, and to make you want to get better again! because you can do it! you just need to hang in there and be strong!

you can do this!! be strong!!

im always ehre if ya need to chat x

Hiya!

I found getting out and going places helpful as much as you may not feel like it getting out really helps and also listening to some cheerful music!

Hope I have helped!

Love Jennyxxx

Hey,

There are things that can help-such suggestions from "flowergirl" are good. But occasionally you have to ride it out. As long as it doesn't affect your health. By this i mean should you have to gain weight, don't let these down days prevent you from eating enough to do so. Talking helps, as does participating in hobbies-especially if they involve other people who will help take your mind off it. Good luck, your moods will improve as long as you stay strong!

Best wishes xxx

Hey hunni x

You have to stay positive because otherwise you wont be able to cope emotionally and you will find yourself struggling with food more often.

Dont let the spiral take you away from the happiness you can have. Just like Jenny said to something to distract yourself like watching a movie, going for a small walk, listening to music etc. They will all help you to become slightly more positive and to break away from the problems you are facing.

What type of things upset you the most? Is it the mirror, scales...what makes you feel so depressed and negative? (you dont have to tell me i just wanted to see if i could give you some other advice- dont worry if you feel you cant!)

Always here for you hunni, lizzie xxx

try not to be afraid, because they wont make you pile the weight on, they just make you put it on gradually.

Hey hunni, sorry i havent replied for a while but things have been too hard for me anyway, below is my advice for what upsets you the most.

Really look at yourself. (I know its hard but have a go) Look at youself in the mirror for a few minutes every day. As you get used to your reflection you will find that you should stop being so critical and try to see yourself in a more positive way.

Stop comparing yorself to others. Try not to compare yourself to others, especially famous people and supermodels who really dont look like they do and dont compare yourself to any people around you. Everyone has different body types, try to accept that everyone is different and unique!

Try not to worry about the scales. Dont worry about the scales they shouldnt control you. If you find yourself worrying about it find a pad or piece of paper and write what you are worried about. Write down any other stuff that bothers you and think about how you could solve the worry. if you feel you cant solve it dont think about it because there is nothing you can do. The scales are a bad way of control and measurement beacuse your body sometimes holds water and other natural reasons that you CANT change.

Stop analysing yourself. Stop thinking and focusing on your flaws. Remind yourself of all the reasons why you are a good friend and person. You dont have to be perfect- you just have to recognise you. You should be proud of yourself. You are amazing!

Luv you hunni, hope this helps, Lizzie xx
