im suffering from anorexia at the moment and im 14 years old. ive NEVER had a nose bleed before in my life and yesterday i woke up to find my nose bleeding.
im scared this is some sort of side effect? like, a sign my body is shutting down. im really scared.

Now, I'm not a doctor but I've learnt a fair bit in my time; as far as I'm aware nose bleeds are not physical symptoms of anorexia.
Your nose bleed is not a sign of your body shutting down. Nose bleeds stem from a variety of places but many people get them just randomly.

Im lizzie nd im 14 with anorexia too.
im not an expert but u sound really stressed. Try not to worry im sure that a nose bleed wont kill you. If your body was shutting down then i think it would be saving all your energy and blood.
