Exams, coursework, assessments - they can seem endless and some people find it hard to cope. If you are struggling, don't suffer in silence, there is help for you. If you are suffering from an eating disorder this can be a struggle as your eating problems may have increased. Try to eat regular meals to keep your energy levels up and make sure you take time out to rest.
You could consider telling someone close to you, maybe a teacher or lecturer, they might be able to offer you some extra time or support. If you are feeling stressed there is help for you.
There are sites which offer you tips on how to prepare, how to revise effectively and to remember to take some time out for yourself also.
