The three main political parties in the United Kingdom are Conservative, Labour and Liberal Democrat, there are also many other parties.
Young people often feel that politics is not for them, but politics can be about campaigning for better treatments services, changing the way that eating disorders are seen, making sure that people are cared for and supported as they need to be.
