"If trying to recover from bulimia, i find it better if i only buy the food i need for the days meals, so there not extra food avaible there and then to risk a binge occuring, and putting barriers in my way - so not keeping alot of money on me or carrying a bank card on me to prevent binge shopping. Plan day to day meals and have the food in those days only."
