ChildLine is the free, 24-hour helpline for children and young people in the UK. Children and young people can call the helpline on 0800 1111 about any problem, at any time - day or night.

Rollercoaster is a website designed for young people in Cumbria, but can be used by anyone who would like to know more about how to deal with the emotions and issues they may be facing, from feeling stressed or angry, to being bullied or having low self-esteem.

Mumsnet is an online network of parents pooling support and advice. Its busy Talk forums include topics such as teenagers and mental health.
