i find that my eating has become even more out of control lately and very similar to when this all first began. dunno if i can be bothered with it anymore just feel like giving up, i lost all faith in my therapy and infact everyone.

Hey Welshfighter,

How are you doing lovely? I hope things have been improving? I know i've been in places where eating the 'right' way just feels such an effort that it's easy to give in to those thoughts... it just loves those kind of lies that we're not worth the fight, or that life would be easier/better with the ED...but they're just that; lies! Recovery is hard, but also worth it, am only just beginning to glimpse it myself.

am here if you want to vent or chat...n maybe a little encouragement!
