From anorexia to binge eating disorder....

...the transition has be almost instantaneous and I'm absolutely terrified. I expected anorexia recovery to be slow . I'm now questioning myself and my diagnosis. Does anyone have any suggestions for support?.

I just wanted to say Hi, not sure I can offer much advice really but I don't think you're behaviour is abnormal for somebody with a history of AN. Recovery may will be slow and this is perhaps a part of it which you could try to address. I hope you have some good support.

Dear powerpuff,

I am exactly in the same situation as you are! You are definitely not alone. I have had anorexia for 2 years when I was younger and since then have been struggling with BED!! And I am 27 .
How are you feeling today? I am feeling anxious, I am not huge fan of Christmas... Of course because of my illness which can be such a b****** Look forward to hearing back from you. Take care!
