Hi Mazar, hope you and your lungs are well ! I bet you can't believe your daughter has left school. Will you be getting any support from anywhere now that she has left or is it up to you to find support for her ? I wonder if you have been on holiday yet or are you waiting for your other daughter to break up for the summer ? We are going away the day after the schools finish, so won't have long to pack, particularly as my daughter is on a school residential until the day before we go. You will have to excuse my appalling typing the n key keeps on sticking and unless I check what I've typed rigourously the message gets sent and its too late ! Hit a bit of a hiccup but trying to turn things round at the moment, I thought things were going too well, you have to be so vigilant don't you as the behaviours have a habit of just creeping in when you don't realise, then when you do realise its ' here we go again ' Well I've remained well before so know I can do it, will just have to try harder
