Ok with the meetings i reckon you should go to your GP and get them to push on your behalf...

Very often people with this illness can hide it and everyone assumes they are fine because they are acting normal. Talk to the people you have left...let them help you fight this as well.

As for your children it is really good that you spend time with them...do you try to eat infront of them???
