Hi, ive not been here for a while. been a little preoccupied. I'm 19 weeks pregnant!!!!!!! Its something we never thought could or would happen but it did! Miracle. and another miracle......the minute i found out (which was a shock as not planned but very wanted) my eating habits changed. I cant put me first anymore-i would never forgive myself if something happened because of my eating. Its amazing and the freedom i feel is just fantastic! I cant pretend its all plain sailing-its not, but i have rode the feelings that come rather than sucomb to them.
Just wanted to encourage you all really! there is hope and there can be miracles just keep believing and keep battling the negative ed!!!

Congratulations. Being pregnant really does take the focus off ourselves as we definitely have something more precious to channel our focus & energy into. I loved being pregnant both times and really did adore my bump. My ED was still there, but it wasn't foremost in my mind.

Enjoy.
