Hi, I'm Beth. Never actually used these message boards before but I've been on here in the past just to look.

I'm struggling quite a lot at the moment, I thought I was doing really well up til a few weeks ago, I was discharged from in-patient care and I've now finished out-patient at the hospital but I feel like nothing else is changing and I feel like because I have nothing to focus on right now, the ed is becoming so much stronger again. I'm really scared.
