This clip, made by 5 girls for Beat, is aimed at friends of someone suffering from an eating disorder. The film includes the girls giving advice and telling their own personal stories. The girls wanted to give an insight into having an eating disorder, and to give tips of how to help a sufferer. They also wanted to highlight that it wasn't the fault of the sufferer and that it was very important to not let the eating disorder dominate the friendship.
