Welcome! Here you will find information about eating disorders, how to get help and how to help someone you know with an eating disorder.
Young people have helped us to create this site, they have made suggestions, sent in articles and are constantly reviewing the site to ensure that it is the best that it can be.

If you are 25 or under, call the Beat Youthline on local rate number 0845 634 7650. The Youthline is open Monday to Thursday 1.30pm – 4.30pm.
The Youthline also offers a call back service, text 'callback' to 07786 20 18 20 - we aim to get back to you within 24 hours. There is also a Youthline email service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Parents, teachers or any concerned adults should call the Beat helpline on 0845 634 1414.
Beat Young Ambassadors
Beat Young Ambassadors are aged between 14-25 and have established a great reputation for speaking out about their experiences in the media and at conferences and events, helpling to reduce the stigma and educate others. Click here to find out more about the scheme and what Young Ambassadors do.
Recruitment is currently open for those aged 11-19 in Norwich. For more information about the role visit the Young Ambassador pages or email email@example.com.
New Funding for Scottish Young Ambassadors
Thanks to funding from Young Start, our Young Ambassador scheme has recently been extended, allowing for 10 new Young Ambassadors from the Lothian region of Scotland to join the Beat team.
