This exciting scheme gives young people affected by eating disorders the opportunity to take a more active part in the life of Beat.
Beat Young Ambassadors are based all over the UK and are aged between 14-25 years old. They are trained and supported by Beat staff and have established a great reputation for speaking out about their experiences in the media and at conferences and events, helping to reduce the stigma and educate others about eating disorders.
The Young Ambassador scheme is closed for applications - please check back for future updates.
Beat Young Ambassador, Laura, talks about her experience of an eating disorder.
