re: Binge Eating Disorder

Yeh that is true. It would be better to do something that would occupy the mind rather than binging. Thank you for your help. I hope it works out for you. Im taking each day as it comes now and have stopped going into shops, and stopped trying to diet because it just gets worse. My doctor told me to eat 4 or 5 small meals throughout the day. That has seemed to work for me but as you said I'm not going to get upset if i'm not totally in control or veer off the plan. Let me know how you get on.

How are you finding the book? I thought I was seeing a specialist this week but I guess I'm on a waiting list too because they have not come back yet with a date. The last couple of days, I've had insatiable cravings and cannot stick to a meal plan.

re: Binge Eating Disorder

Thank you, I will have a look for that tomorrow. The last two weeks have been erratic for me with regards to my binge eating and feels like I have no control. Work and friends have taken a back seat so I was forced to see my doctor as I suffer from depression also. I am goin to be is tarting therapy in a week so I hope that will help too.

Binge Eating Disorder

I have been struggling with this for the last 9 months and I was wondering if anyone had any treatment ideas?
