It can be great fun organising a fundraising event at school and help you learn skills that will look great on your CV. For example you could organise a non-school uniform day, a cake sale or a fashion show. These are just some of the ways that schools have raised money for us in the past.
If you do raise money for Beat we can sometimes send along one of our Beat Young Ambassadors to come along to your school assembly and tell you a little bit about what we do and how the money will help us to support people with eating disorders and their families.
It's probably a good idea to check with your teacher about your fundraising ideas and you can download your free Schools Fundraising Pack pack full of useful ideas and information to help you get started.
