Chief Executive Officer

Beat is currently recruiting for a new CEO. The role will include:

  • In collaboration with the Trustees, developing an ambitious and achievable plan to substantially increase Beat's income and impact over the next five years.
  • Leading the charity through change so that its influence and reputation grows in line with the aspirations of the Board.
  • Further developing and leading a high performing staff team to deliver this.
