Helpline Support Officer

Location: Norwich

Salary: £18,543 per annum, pro rata

Have you experience of working within a mental health environment?

Beat is the national charity supporting those affected by eating disorders, our Helpline Team is growing and we are looking for an individual who has enthusiasm to help others and would like to join an innovative and developing team to deliver a service which influences change. 

You will offer information and support to young people and adults over the telephone, text messaging, email services. In addition, you will collate data produced by the Helpline for monthly reports.

If you are a good listener, non-judgemental, and have experience of working in the mental health field (essential), this job is for you. You may be required to work evenings.
